Lovely Homes in Throsby

Nice town house, but not for our needs. Positive: Clean. Quite new. 2 of the beds were comfortable. Negative: Door handle to bathroom falling off. Light switch near rear bedroom needs re-attaching.Sofa bed was a click clack. Not at all cofortable- nor suitable for sleeping more than enduring 1 night as a paying guest. Not a private pool. Is a shared residents pool and bbq where anyone of over 50 neighbours can use and is openly within the town house complex and is a 200 metre walk away as you need to walk down the street and around to the rear to access it. I feel like the video of how to get there, or an honest photo of where it is and how to get there should be shared before booking. I missed it in looking but it is a TOWN HOUSE- 2 storeys (not just a "house" or "home"), and several steps to get in front door. Not a big deal unless stairs are a problem for you- which it was for us. I asked not to recieve any more requests for a review- however continue to recieve them. So here it is.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Breath of Nature. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal, easy to navigate towards the city, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay! Negative: Nothing was unsatisfactory. The place is perfect

Pleasant new property but misleading description regarding private pool and BBQ Positive: The property is almost new, is well furnished and in excellent condition Negative: Misrepresentation of the property details on booking.com 1 The swimming pool is not "private" it is a community pool to the rear of the property shared by 60+ residences and approximately 300 metres walking distance from the front of the property (no rear access) along public footpaths and across road from the property. Cannot be described as a private pool, 2. BBQ is also not at the property but is a community BBQ to the rear of the property shared by 60+ residences and approximately 300 metres walking distance from the front of the property (no rear access) along public footpaths and across road from the property. Some other constructive comments for the owner to rectify and future guests to consider before booking 1.the main rug in dining/lounge area, one edge is a trip hazard 2.there is a persistent smell of gas next to the hot water heater externally 3.fridge doors to be rehung to open into the kitchen not onto the wall 4.written instructions at the property would be beneficial. All information is via down loadable video clips and pdfs 5.Suggest a light curtain to the 1st floor window overlooking the school car park 6.Try to get the highway drainage channels in the road to the rear of the house opposite rear bedrooms correctly bedded as they "clank" every time a vehicle crosses them. Ok as an alarm call if you have to go to work otherwise a sleep disturbance Minor points 7.Fill salt and pepper grinders 8.Only new style Nespresso pods work in the coffee machine Location The front of the property overlooks a large school and sports centre car park which was not noisy during our stay
